A luxury Ramadan Suhoor experience for Bentley, blending refined hospitality with immersive brand storytelling. The event fosters intimate client engagement through curated spaces, sensory moments, and personalised test drives, positioning Bentley as a cultural tastemaker beyond automotive excellence.

The Challenge
Creating a Ramadan experience that feels both culturally authentic and unmistakably Bentley was the core challenge. The event needed to go beyond a traditional Suhoor and avoid predictable luxury tropes, while still meeting the expectations of a highly discerning, high-net-worth audience. Balancing intimacy with scale, and storytelling with product showcase, required a delicate approach.
Additionally, the experience had to seamlessly integrate hospitality, brand immersion, and test drives without feeling fragmented. The challenge was to design a journey that feels effortless yet elevated—where every touchpoint reflects precision, restraint, and sophistication, while maintaining a strong emotional and cultural connection with the audience.
The Strategy
The strategy was to position Bentley as more than a luxury automotive brand—elevating it into a cultural and lifestyle curator during Ramadan. This was achieved by crafting an experience rooted in human connection, sensory engagement, and personalised interactions. By focusing on intimacy over spectacle, the strategy prioritised quality of engagement through curated moments such as one-on-one test drives, bespoke scent creation, and refined hospitality.
Each touchpoint was designed to reinforce Bentley’s values of craftsmanship, innovation, and elegance. The journey was structured to unfold naturally, allowing guests to discover the brand through experience rather than overt messaging, ensuring authenticity and lasting impact.
The Direction
The creative direction centred on “Bentley Grand Suhoor,” a seamless fusion of heritage and modern luxury. Spatial design embraced sculptural forms, warm tones, and tactile materials like marble, bronze, and timber to reflect Bentley’s craftsmanship. Lighting and curved layouts created a sense of dynamic serenity, guiding guests fluidly through the experience.
The environment balanced openness with intimacy, encouraging exploration while maintaining exclusivity. Sensory layers—from olfactory storytelling to curated visuals—enhanced immersion, while minimal, precise detailing ensured sophistication. The overall direction was to create a calm yet powerful atmosphere, where every element feels intentional, refined, and deeply aligned with Bentley’s design philosophy.
Guests have the opportunity to bring their Bentley for
complementary car servicing, allowing them to relax and enjoy their evening as their vehicle gets top of the line treatment.
Guests are welcomed to the Bentley Suhoor experience through an ivory hued passage grand archway, on top which the Bentley logo stands tall. The soft curvature and shadow create an air of quiet exclusivity, leading into an extraordinary experience.
A sculpted reception desk adorned with a
luxurious bronze finish is set against a curved

Plush seating arrangements meet the warmth of brushed brass accents in the lounge area, with a bold accented rug anchoring the space in tactile luxury, inviting effortless relaxation.
A refined coffee experience is proposed, with sleek dark
table setting and warm copper accents, creating a space
where craftsmanship and flavour intertwine seamlessly.
Elegantly arranged cocktail tables allow for seamless networking and conversations as guests traverse the space.
A fluid interplay of vertically suspended chrome finish rods, cascading in Bentley’s iconic diamond pattern creates a dynamic yet intimate enclosure. This architectural statement fuses precision engineering with artistic expression.
Guests can discover Bentley’s pre-shot campaigns through a sweeping wall display, punctuated with elegant photography. The soft structural partition guides guests forward, while warm ambient lighting highlights every detail.
The briefing lounge encapsulates guests with a sweeping digital display, encased in a bronze toned frame and embedded with ambient lighting. The curvature of the screen mirrors the fluidity of Bentley’s design language, while lavish armchairs enhance the guest viewing experience.
Guests who wish to experience the test drive can get ready in a semi-private lounge behind the briefing area, where they can change shoes to appropriate footwear ahead of the drive.
Guests who will not be driving are invited to the departure lounge, through an ambiently lit arched hallway, exuding elegance and teasing what’s to come.
A stage of semi-gloss black flooring, edged with illuminated strip lights, creates the perfect pedestal for Bentley’s automotive artistry. The reflection enhances the deep lacquered paint, amplifying every sculpted line and polished chrome detail.
Ramadan’s sensory opulence and cultural depth present a perfect opportunity to weave an olfactory experience, Inspired by Bentley’s legacy of grand touring and specialty travel, this experience immerses guests in a world of luxury, craftsmanship, and olfactory storytelling.
The buffet station provides a wide variety of refined canapes and curated finger foods for guests to savour, ensuring variety and inclusivity of various dietary requirements.
A minimal merchandise corner displays Bentley’s refined
offering, showcasing timeless collectibles in a space
designed for understated elegance.
Ultra-soft seating is provided for guests to relax and enjoy their time at the experience, mirroring the elegant design language in the pre-function.
