The IMI stand at BRIDGE Summit 2025 is a large-scale immersive experience designed to physically manifest the brand’s ecosystem. Built as a series of interconnected environments, the stand integrates content, technology, and spatial storytelling to showcase IMI’s media network, productions, and Academy in a cohesive, future-forward format.

The approach transforms IMI’s brand into a physical experience through immersive design, interactive storytelling, and layered content zones. By blending architecture, digital media, and live activations, the stand enables visitors to explore, engage, and participate—shifting from passive viewing to active involvement within IMI’s storytelling universe.

A flagship experiential stand for IMI at BRIDGE Summit 2025, designed to bring its global media influence to life. The space transforms into a multi-dimensional journey where visitors step into IMI’s worlds of news, entertainment, and education, driving engagement, storytelling, and meaningful connections.

The Challenge
BRIDGE Summit is a high-density, high-influence environment with over 60,000 global delegates, where attention is fragmented and competition for engagement is intense.
IMI needed to stand out not just visually, but meaningfully—communicating its depth as a media powerhouse while appealing to diverse audiences ranging from policymakers to creators. The challenge was to translate an abstract brand idea—connection, influence, and storytelling—into a physical space that is instantly understandable yet deeply immersive.
Additionally, the experience had to balance multiple objectives: brand positioning, content showcasing, networking, and lead generation, all within a single cohesive environment that feels premium, intuitive, and memorable.


The Strategy
The strategy was to position IMI not just as a media company, but as a bridge between worlds—truth and creativity, regional voice and global dialogue. This was achieved by creating a narrative-driven spatial experience where each touchpoint reflects IMI’s role as a connector. Instead of a traditional exhibition stand, the space was designed as an experiential journey, encouraging exploration and participation. By integrating content, technology, and human interaction, the strategy ensures visitors don’t just consume information but actively engage with it. This drives deeper emotional connection, increases dwell time, and enhances recall, while supporting business objectives like networking, partnerships, and lead generation.
The Direction
The creative direction, “Portals of IMI,” brings the strategy to life through a series of immersive gateways, each representing a distinct dimension of the brand—News, Entertainment, and Academy.
Visitors physically move through these portals, experiencing IMI’s ecosystem in a cinematic, multi-sensory way. The design language uses light, reflection, and futuristic materials to create a sense of depth and transition, reinforcing the idea of crossing between worlds. Interactive activations, live content, and shareable moments ensure the experience is dynamic and engaging. At its core, the direction transforms IMI’s abstract vision of connection into a tangible, memorable journey.

A tactile, interactive experience where visitors pick up branded holo-tubes and dock them into a podium to instantly trigger corresponding content on the main screen. This playful “match & dock” interaction creates a futuristic, hands-on moment that drives engagement, sparks curiosity, and encourages shareable experiences while showcasing IMI’s content in an intuitive and memorable way.

A fast-paced VR boxing experience where visitors step into the ring for a short, high-energy showdown. Using a headset and controllers, players punch, block, and dodge while spectators watch live. The activation delivers adrenaline-fueled, shareable moments, using VR immersion, spatial audio, and haptics to create a safe yet intense and engaging experience.

A premium photo experience where visitors step behind The Morning Show desk and become the on-air host. A Glambot captures cinematic slow-motion footage and a hero still, branded with the show’s identity. The activation drives traffic, creates highly shareable content, and highlights IMI’s production quality and storytelling excellence.

A fast-paced, single-player decision game inspired by high-stakes scenarios, where visitors make rapid Red/Blue choices under time pressure. The experience builds tension and excitement, ending with a score and rank that can be shared via QR. It drives engagement, crowd interaction, and showcases IMI’s strength in interactive storytelling.
